Dr Krokorian is a good Dr. Unfortunately his staff is not up to par. His staff is rude and disrespectful to patients. This is extremely awful especially since most of his patients are elderly. They respond with disrespect when contacted for any reason, Medication gets lost without explanation. It is very sad for his patient that have to search for a new Physician due to the staff lack of respect and poor customer support. I for one am looking for a new Dr. They have mistreated my mother for the last time!
He might be a great doctor, I don’t know because my first visit I waited three hours and never met the doctor. He was too busy! Then I was sent to a pain doctor for an injection and I cannot even do that because the doctor doesn’t send my X-rays to the doctor Ane he is too busy to sign them off ! This is ridiculous and I have already made three calls and they keep giving me the run around about how busy the doctor is . I can’t imagine how it’s going to be when it’s time to operate me !
