Never answers the phone called several times no answer long hold times when they finally answer they hang up the call
Today I requested a simple referral to get a specific blood test I made contact with Natalie and was told they don't handle this type of test so I asked for a referral to go to Sonora lab which handles that test and she said I had to come into the office I am sick so I am unable to go to the office and she wouldn't bend an inch the Dr cefentes is really good but the staff is rude I will be seeking an other PPO
