I have been in Texas 11 years and started with this office year 1, left for 2 years for a Dr. closer to Cedar Hill and moved back to North Dallas and went right back to this office! They are the best and the care is beyond exceptional, I will always be grateful for their care , from the front of the office to the back of the building! These ladies ROCK! ❤️
The worst place on earth !!! My mom was seen by Valdez, no bedside manners. They are so unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Stay away from this place. The next complaint will be with the health insurance company. They shouldn't do business with these people. Shame on you all. From the "dr" to the lab tech.
Receptionists are useless in this clinic, they NEVER answer the damn phone!!! Never! If they return your call is usually the next day. No matter what time or day you call is always the machine you talk to. The waiting is just as bad. Long long wait to see a doctor.
Margie and the front desk ladies are very nice and personable. Dra Cristina Valdez is such an amazing doctor. I travel about 45 minutes to see her, and I don't mind waiting because I KNOW that I will get the utmost quality of care.
