Horrible bedside manner and patient support. Dr. Yilmaz is interested in himself and not serving his patients. Strongly urge you to go elsewhere for care.
Dr Yilmaz might be a great neurologist, but his office staff is the absolute worst. They don't return calls. They don't act on Rx refill requests. They don't call with test results. They even lose test results! "Oh, you already had that test? We don't have a record of it." They blame the UCMed "system" for "not receiving messages." I've been trying to get someone to call me for Rx and test results for 2 months. I even had my husband call begging for a response.
