I was treated with the greatest respect when I went into the hearing center. I have been there several times and on every occasion I was treated very well. I would highly recommend them
I was greeted warmly, and was made to feel like my appointment was the most importantly while I was being seen. Then, when I had an issue, after leaving, I was invited back and the team worked hard to make sure my needs were met thoroughly!
From my very first visit through all my subsequent visits, I have been amazed at the caring, kind, professional service I have received at Dr. Engleberth's Hearing Center. Each staff member I've encountered has treated me with the utmost respect and a warm and friendly attitude. They have each gone above and beyond to make sure that my hearing aids work for me, despite the difficulties we've faced with one of my ear canals being exceptionally small due to previous surgeries. I had trouble connecting my hearing aids to my app that helps to control them so I had to take them into the office. Very efficient and fixing my problems caring and a kind people.
Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and friendly. Natalie was my audiologist, she throughly explained everything she was going to do during the process. She also answered every question that I had with ease. I don't think 5 stars is a high enough rating.
