Every first week of the month I get a nice little reminder about how foolish I was to trust dr. Energy saver, as I make a payment on my personal loan i took out to get work done. Now I’ll say I’m at fault to some percent for for not doing a little more research and just taking the word of two snake oil salesman. I had my basement spray foamed. Do you like doing your own home repairs? Do you like the aggravation of having to constantly call a company to get them to complete their work? If you do this is the company for you. This company has been back to my house 3 or 4 times as of right now to redo their work. When they first came out things appeared to be good until winter came and I noticed heat spots on my roof. In 2017 we hired Connecticut Dr Energy Saver to insulate our attic, crawl space, and knee wall, and also waterproof our basement. Our house has been significantly more comfortable year round since then. Keith was knowledgeable and supportive during preparation, then Johnny and his team were efficient and went above and beyond during the install. UPDATE: June 2022 - After posting this review, Keith (sales - was wonderful to work with through the whole process) reached back out and helped me partially resolve the issue with EnergizeCT. I ended up with $1074 of the anticipated $1693 rebate... EnergizeCT does seem like they were a big part of the problem since they offered no explanation as to why they rejected part of the rebate claim. DISORGANIZED AND COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE BACK OFFICE COST ME $1,693 IN STATE REBATES. Do not count on help with state insulation rebates. After 10 months of emails and phone calls, I never got an accurate invoice that I needed to complete my application, and now the deadline to apply has passed. I had $3,887 of insulation installed last April. Install went fine and I signed an invoice authorizing payment from my credit card but didn't get a copy because the foreman only had one invoice.
