After the miscommunication of our first encounter was addressed, things became better with the issues for which I had question in hiring them. I am so glad that matter was addressed and I hired them. Dr. Energy came in $ 2000 less than the competition for a quality job. You can get work done cheaper and I did in the past but it was less than half the insulation and did not include closing all the penetrations/ holes that are present since builders are careless. Dr. Energy sealed everything with closed cell foam, brought the insulation up to R-value 60, and corrected dozens of problems the original builder made.
