poor comminication from all involved
Clean care auto detailed my car and for 100 bucks !! Omg they did an amazing job. My car looked brand new
A lot of problems with Dr Energy! Communication being a major one and the second was the person preparing the proposal did not see that I had asbestos in my attic. The foam installers that saw the asbestos despite the fact that the consular ant supposedly went into my attic measure the roof, now my insulation is not complete as I need the asbestos removed but I have no idea how much of the installation project is done nor has Dr Energy contacted me since the asbestos discovery to tell me their plan going forward. Brandon's crew was great!! Great communication.
The price was very high on the original quote they gave me, but they worked with to get me what I needed for a price I could afford. We did have a could communication errors during the project, but no matter who’s fault it was they took care of it. I can't ask for more than that. Everyone I spoke to who worked for this company knew their stuff and were very capable and insightful. In a world without professionals, that was very valuable to me.
