I have been a long time patient. She is a caring doctor who really get to know you. She takes her time. She listens. I highly recommend her.
I had a first visit with Dr Chen today,,, she spent a lot of time getting to know me and talk through my particular case. She ordered appropriate tests and we discussed differentials. I have been struggling to find answers with some health issues. I walked out feeling very much relieved. As a Nurse Practitioner myself I can truly appreciate the experience I had with Dr Chen today.
I've been seeing Dr. Chen since 2020. I've had such a wonderful experience with her that I'm surprised of the bad reviews. I was referred to her in 2020 due to undiagnosed complications. She was able to do the appropriate tests and accurately diagnosed me. She takes the time to talk with me, and explain things well - whether it is the options for medications, the disease and its symptoms, etc. She is one of the few doctors that actually doesn't rush, she pays attention and she writes little reminder notes for you to follow. ... read more
