I've never tried any reprograming techniques but I was amazed by how well Dana guided me through them. If you're someone who has done a lot of therapy in the past but felt like you've hit a plateau, I highly recommend trying out Dana's reprograming. For me it has had some lasting and immediate effects which I'm very happy about.
Dana was very clear with what her process is, as I had no idea what to expect initially and it was a wonderful experience that helped me to let go of things I was holding on too for far too long.
