My son did everything Dr Carrera wanted him to do as far as his treatment. When he needed her the most she was not there after a weird reaction to a treatment she recommended. Dr Carrera promise that she would not drop his care, but ended up dropping his care after he had a weird reaction to a treatment she recommended. Dr Carrera did not try to work with him at all, to fix any problems. Had a colonoscopy done yesterday, upper and lower scopes Dr. Carrera and her staff were awesome. Got me in and out quickly.
I was forced to see her when I was in the hospital, and when I went to speak to ask her a question she jumped down my throat and told me... "excuse me I'm still talking!" She didn't stop talking though, that's the whole problem. I knew that if I didn't ask the questions that I needed to, I wasn't going to remember them. Then, after she was done rambling on ..which I don't even know what she was saying, she finally says... "do you have any questions?" and I'm like "No, you can leave my room now." Dr Carrera is a very caring physician. Dr Carrara is the best!!
So rude and nasty! There has to be better options for health care in the New Albany area. What an unnecessarily rude woman!
