This is so frustrating the female that work for Dr. Agho are so lazy when it comes to doing their job. I have been trying to get a referral set over to Baylor College of Medicine because of the doctor that I was referred to before has left. There is a new doctor that has been assigned Bella is telling me that they still have not gotten the referral. I love this place! Everyone is so caring and concerned about your care. Everyone is nice. Everyone is professional and the doctor The name says it all, Dr. Emmauel Agoh is Amazing! He is a gift from God. He takes his time with each patient and he always have a beautiful smile and he loves to be the bearer of good news. A wonderful doctor. I recommend this place to anyone who wants quality medical services.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct I experienced when calling your office on Aug 8, 2025. When I initially called, the receptionist(Jessica) answered the phone. I’ve been going here for years… the brown skin lady with the big wig is so rude. How can you assist the sick when you hate your job. The other ladies in the front are so nice. Today was my last day dealing with her attitude. How can we get services if the front desk is so incompetent and mean.
