When I started going to Dr Puddincombe 4yrs ago, service was great. Enjoyed his humor and the staff. When he moved out to Clyde, is when I received medium care. Phone was never answered, either busy or went to voice mail that was full. If voicemail was left, phone call never returned. Even if staff would say “I’ll call you this week.” Never got the call.
