The office staff and scheduler is absolutely horrible. Rude, aggressive and unknowledable all at the same time. They can't even email confirmation of appointments but want to pressure you into scheduling an appointment after a consultation. Its a hard no for me
The best doctor of the best!
I have a scheduled appt with Dr. Mompi today. As a courtesy and confirmation the office must notify the patient 24 hrs in advance before their appt. It's been that way for a long time for any kind of future appts whether medical or non-medical related. I didn't receive a reminder, so I called the office today just to make sure i'm still on the list. The front desk looked it up and said "yes, it's today".
