I was a patient of Dr Essels back in the late 80’s when he was at Community hospital in Cobleskill, I needed a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. He took very good care of me, even asked permission to use my case for teaching at Albany College. He was a great man and it’s a shame he left us. RIP dear friend,
