timeshare style sales presentation for dental procedures. simply the worst kind of provider.they make you watch commercials while in the chair then try and upsell you to the expensive 'treatments' featured in the commercials. A total scam and unethical.

Dr Emma Wu and her staff are a great team. I would recommend this practice to anybody if you want good Dental work done. Francine at the front desk helped to get financing for all the dental work I am having done and so far I am very pleased. I look and feel like a new person. This has been a very good experience.

I had an appointment for June 17, 2020 for a consultation. While talking to the secretary Francine we mentioned we had dental insurance and she said that most insurances do not cover this procedure. We called our Dental Insurance and they said they we do have a benefit but need a pre estimate. I chose All-On-4 X-rays were taken by the assistant and Dr. Wu walked in the examination room.She came in to check my X-rays and gave me an oral exam. I went Emma Wu to get an estimate for implants. It cost me over $650.00 to get that estimate. It turned out that I could get the implants for $7,000 less at another dentist. The staff was very courteous and the services may be exceptional. But be prepared to spend at least $650.00 for an implant estimate. I had to give a rating in order to submit this review, but I have no idea regarding the quality of service.
