What a disappointment. Dr. Wu is a talented and kind dentist equipped with the latest technology. Unfortunately, her office manager, Francine, was very unhelpful and disrespectful when I inquired about payment and insurance. For example, she claimed it would take 60 days to receive information about an insurance claim, but the insurance company actually sends a letter of benefit statement within 15 days.
