Dr. Castillo is the real deal. She is so genuine. She is a great listener and has great communication skills, not to mention, a well qualified M.D. In short, you will walk in not sure anyone can figure out what's wrong with you or your loved one, and you will walk out fully informed of what has been done, what needs to be done, and confident you are in good hands. Dr. Castillo is such an asset to our community. She is such a sweet person. We love her!
Not enough office space for the amount of patients they are trying to take on. As well as staff to handle it. They are being over run
Love the doctor and the staff.
I Don't recommend this practice at all! I'm sure the physicians are good however they've taken on far more patients than they can handle and don't have the office OR medical staff to handle their patient load. It's an extremely busy office and not only did I wait nearly an hour past my appointment time but the medical assistant was rude and while taking my medical history she cut me off numerous times.
