I’ve never been discouraged from becoming a new patient before! Tried to establish myself as a new patient and was told to call my insurance first to verify she was in network. She was. Then I was told they did paps, but if I needed a pap, I should see an OBG. I said I was having sleep issues, and was told if they’re related to hormones and menopause, I should see an OBG. I said I just wanted a primary care physician, and I was told I clearly didn’t want to do a physical with a primary care doctor. WTH?
If you want a doctor that truly is invested in your health Dr. Kingsley is the best. After one visit I felt assured that she would get to the root of my digestive issues that had plagued me for years. And she did. I always felt valued and respected by her and her nurse Hailey and never felt rushed. She truly uses an integrative approach and is dedicated to helping her patients. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Kingsley and had to reschedule it due to an UNPLANNED KIDNEY STONE. And then when it was time for my 2nd appointment I had to call the day of to reschedule again due to still being drugged from an appointment the day before with the urologist where they decided to put a STENT in and gave me meds to last until the surgery.
