I’ve never been discouraged from becoming a new patient before! Tried to establish myself as a new patient and was told to call my insurance first to verify she was in network. She was. Then I was told they did paps, but if I needed a pap, I should see an OBG. I said I was having sleep issues, and was told if they’re related to hormones and menopause, I should see an OBG. I said I just wanted a primary care physician, and I was told I clearly didn’t want to do a physical with a primary care doctor. WTH?
