Dr. Chen is more professional and patient, and he is very careful and meticulous in the examination. In addition, in order to let patients better understand their condition, they also specially drew diagrams of relevant physiological parts, and explained them repeatedly and patiently.
I had my first appointment today with Dr. Chan. She was truly exceptional at explaining everything throughout the entire exam. She sat with me after to make sure I fully understood her diagnosis. I would definitely recommend her and will decidedly return to her with any further issues.
Dr. Emily L Chan is professional, knowledgeable, caring, thorough and discreet. To add, she has office hours on Saturdays and Sundays? What the what? I can't say enough good things about my positive experience. There was a comment about the office being a little run down but it's Chinatown - that's what you get. It does not mean that she it is not clean and sterile though, and she goes out of her way to reassure you that all tools have been sterilized. Receptionist unorganized; doctor Emily Chan would only give you the information you can even get it from internet, try to make you visit few more times, she knew it when it's not fatal, she knew you have health insurance. She made me suffered few more years.
