I found Dr Serran to be efficient, extremely thorough and very knowledgable during my treatment. She didn't overlook any aspects of possible problems and was very pleasant and explained issues in a manner that made sense to me. I am glad she was available to treat me today.
I sought help at Brockton, MA ED. She did not believe my symptoms and literally threw me out. I was humiliated, assaulted and suffered battery and permanent muscle damage. All this in front of security cameras. The next day I went to another hospital, was admitted, diagnosed as severe stenosis and was given a spinal epidural. She and Brockton hospital will explain their actions to a jury. BTW I’m a MA/RN licensed RN Manager, but it seems she thought I was a lying dirty old narcotics seeker
