Excellent service
I was visiting our daughter’s family in Bartlesville and needed my glasses repaired. I walked in hoping someone could help. The technician not only repaired my broken nose piece but replaced both with more comfortable silicone nose pieces! At no charge! Such great service!
Everyone at Bussey Eyecare is very friendly and helpful. My new prescription just didn’t feel right, and they were super helpful in getting things corrected for me. I’m the princess and the pea and they were so patient with me. Now my glasses are great!! Thanks to Sam, Gina, Tracie, and Dr Bussey!
I absolutely do not recommend Busey Eye Care. I went in this morning for an eye exam and to get glasses, went through the entire process, and only at the very end was I told that the provider said they wouldn’t even fill my prescription and that I’d have to take it somewhere else. That is completely unacceptable and incredibly misleading. This should have been clearly communicated upfront instead of wasting my time and money.
