Dr Sangiovanni (Aponte) was an hour late to our 9am virtual appointment and then prescribed me the wrong medication. To get my medication corrected she is attempting to force me to pay for a follow-up appointment. So wrong on every level. An apology and a correction are due, not an additional appointment for you to bill myself and my insurance company.
Dr Sangiovanni is the most incompetent doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She’s a bumbling train wreck who apparently cannot read a medical chart or a simple drug interaction. Dr Sangiovanni (Aponte) prescribed me an antibiotic that had an obvious interaction with one of my current medications causing me to suffer through a potentially fatal situation, serotonin syndrome. Dr. Aponte, is a great doctor. She's very attentive, informative, caring and is a genuinely happy person. She is highly recommended.
