Service here sucks!! Not my medical office (thank goodness) but my mom's. Wait time on average per visit is at least two hours! Staff is nice but organization skills and promptness is lacking!
Some of the employees need to be taught how to properly speak to patients some lady in the front had a stank face as soon as we walked up to the front desk . My mother was called and asked to come back to have her blood drawn because their phlebotomist didnt draw enough blood and told her she wouldn't have to wait . Their time management sucks and that lady in the front with red or dark red hair with dark brown needs to be let go. She is having the medical group look bad with that horrible attitude that shes carrying. That s... read more
