Dr Zakhary performed a popliteal artery bypass on me and neglected to tie off the aneurysm which resulted in the aneurysm continuing to grow. When corrective surgery was performed at Barnes Jewish hospital, it was discovered that he also failed to redirect the veins that feed the aneurysm. I have had a total of 3 operations to correct the mistakes that he made.Dr Zakhary has caused me to become a cripple for life.
