Dr. Margulis is incredible. Her staff has always been a bit frustrating for me. I've been going to her for many years now and she has the best bedside manner there ever was, which is a great bonus as an obgyn appointment can make me feel quite anxious just thinking about it. I highly recommend her, her staff, however, are not always professional/mindful/pleasant.
