I recently had an appointment with Dr. Madrid at Gilroy Kaiser, and it was one of the most upsetting medical experiences I’ve had during my pregnancy. Great doctor helped me through all the procedure. Made sure I felt comfortable throughout every step. Would never show me any attitude and was very patient . If you are searching for Dr.Madrid to be your doctor I highly recommend you to choose her as she has your best interest at heart.

I was having pelvic pain and flank pain and convulsions. I was rushed to an ER and then advised to see a gynecologist. I was exhausted and terrified and was crying in the office because when I got there, Dr Elsie Madrid refused to do the procedure I was booked for because “I have other patients to see.” When she came into the room and saw I was crying, she said in a condescending tone, “Oh, we’re crying?” And rolled her eyes.
