I really impressed with Dr. Eloi Hoopman from Indigo Urgent Care Bellevue. She was very patient, caring, and so good with kids. She took time to listen to us and explain what she would do and why, which was so helpful for my 5 year old who was not in a good mood due to sickness and long wait time. Dr. Hoopman didn't just take care of my kid, but she also noticed that I was pregnant and told me what to look out for if I develop any symptom. We were so thankful to have met her that day.
Literally the best doctor I have ever had or met. I don’t get along with or open up to most people but with Dr. Hoopman it’s easy to talk about the hard stuff. She seems to genuinely care, which is a quality I find most doctors lacking. I feel seen as a person rather than just another patient number. Not quick to just start prescribing pills to “fix” the problem, but rather work together to try and figure out what the real problem might be.
