Dr. Elmoataz Ibrahim is one of the kindest neurologist who actually cared enough to look into my history and find out what's needed to better my situation. I have had a good experience at this office so far. The medical staff and doctors have been professional and taken an interest in me. I was recently advised for further testing. I am in the process of getting that done now. The office staff has been very flexible with my schedule in returning the equipment. My only concern is the open door policy during my visit. I have asked each time for them to close the door to the exam room I am in for privacy purposes. The doctors and staff have been happy to honor my request.
I give this office staff a zero . I was never treated with such disrespect at a medical professional’s office in my life. The girl at the desk today, Monday, Oct. 4, at 2:30 was absolutely a troll. All I wanted was to know why the lab down the hall that Dr Ibriham me sent to for blood work the week before couldn’t do the blood same test that was supposed to be redone today. She was unbelievably rude and condescending saying “we don’t own Henry Ford’s Labs”!!!! You have to go to your own doctor to have it done!!! We’ll…they d... read more
Dr. Elmoataz Ibrahim, a Neurologist, is the most thoughtful and thorough practitioner I have ever seen. He speaks clearly, in layman terms, explaining in great detail any procedures. He asks thoughtful questions about my health, has terrific ideas for new things to try,and is the most thoughtful doctor I have ever visited. I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim if you need a highly qualified Neurologist. He's a good guy too!
