Dr. Novis has been our doctor for years. We trust him completely. His nurse, Sue, is the best.
Dr. Novis is very good as well as his PA. The McLaren organization is horrible. Dr. Novis's office staff is the worst. Unreturned calls, messages left are not forwarded, prescriptions are not refilled timely, phone staff is short and rude. Billing staff unable to accurately explain or rectify mistakes. Overall if not for Dr. Novis I would not bother going there.
