Dr Ellison is such a caring fantastic specialist it all starts from the experience reception staff that makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable as soon as you walk in . They sit you down and get you comfortable before you see her which I thought was very caring . I recommend this practice to anyone
The Receptionist is extremely rude . I arrived for my appointment in plenty of time ahead as is the usual request . The receptionist was really rude . I understand that Dr has emergencies , and can’t always be on time that is normal However the attitude of the receptionist was very cold and rude . Not a word of apology or a pleasant word . I had dealt with this surgery about 8 year's previously and wasn't impressed with my interaction with the reception. On one occasion I arrived early for my appointment and after waiting for a while, I overheard the receptionists calling people who's bookings were just after mine, informing them they were running over 2 hours late. At no stage was I informed of this and then spent nearly 3 hours waiting, and on other occasions they were just rude. Had spinal surgery by her and i am not happy cos i am very bad pain. She keeping avoiding me like other Doctors . Very Disappointed.. Update. It is 8 years since surgery. Nothing have improved.. can’t get a boner and run. They doesn’t care…. Sad..
Dr Stephenson performed spinal surgery on my husband, she was absolutely amazing through the the whole process her skill/knowledge/care is outstanding. Thankyou
