Excel at surgeon, pleased I was referred to this practice, Ellison is an excellent compassionate surgeon, surgery was successful now back to normal with no pain, Thankyou Ellison & reception staff who were wounderful.
Arrogant, dismissive, unprofessional and incorrect. I would have had an incorrect cortisone injection if I followed her advice. The receptionist I encountered had the same demeanour. Replaced her with an excellent neurosurgeon who is accurate, sympathetic and polite. To add to the poor consideration of patients, when you enter Dr Ellison Stephenson's practice you become overwhelmed by the powerful stench of scented diffusers pumping out fumes into the tiny waiting room. Dr Ellison is such a caring fantastic specialist it all starts from the experience reception staff that makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable as soon as you walk in . They sit you down and get you comfortable before you see her which I thought was very caring . I recommend this practice to anyone
The Receptionist is extremely rude . I arrived for my appointment in plenty of time ahead as is the usual request . The receptionist was really rude . I understand that Dr has emergencies , and can’t always be on time that is normal However the attitude of the receptionist was very cold and rude . Not a word of apology or a pleasant word .
