My brother recommended me to go to Scott Medical to see Dr. Elliot Sabbagh. He was very efficient and did an amazing job with my cleaning. My teeth were shining after!
Worst dental office ever. They don’t do anything except basic cleaning. The emergency room in the hospital has done more for me than this place. I keep getting annoying text messages telling me appointments I did not agree to & telling me to fill out a form for my insurance.. which they already have on file. The older foreign woman is nice and informative but can be a bit rushy & pushy at the same time. Tried to setup an appointment for a cleaning and failed. No slots shown available online so I called. The hold music was extremely loud and then I could still hardly hear when someone picked up. Both times I got through the call abruptly hung up while I was speaking. So, no appointment.
My experience was terrifying! For myself and my 7 yr old. When a dentists hands are shaking uncontrollably?? While working on your teeth? No way will I feel confident, comfortable or safe enough to proceed with the exam/procedure. I needed a root canal. I was too afraid to return and have him do my root canal. Not sure if there are other dentist in this office but the one I got scared us away.
