Initial exam and consultation were great. Scheduled appointment for removal of small tissue growth inside my mouth. Day of appointment, as I was driving into their parking lot, I received a call saying they had to reschedule because they ran out of the vials used to store removed tissue for biopsy. How does a medical office run out of something so vital. There really is no excuse. Went back to my dentist for another referral.
I was referred to Dr. Love to remove a dental implant that had been placed by another periodontist. I was afraid it would be a whole unpleasant process, but it really wasn't. I think most of that was because of Dr. Ellie Love. Dr. Love is warm, talented, pleasant, and professional. She explains everything fully. The actual implant removal went very easily. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Ellie Love and her lovely team. She is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. The entire staff was friendly, and I felt comfortable throughout my procedure. Dr. Love took the time to explain everything clearly, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her practice for anyone seeking top-notch periodontal care!
The experience I had this morning is the most unpleasant and unprofessional I have encountered. In November, I was referred to Dr. Love. She was kind, detailed, very pleasant. Although I am insured, the work I need done was going to be in phases totaling about $2800. The first phase was quoted 1000. Today, after saving that amount and ready to have the first phase completed, I arrived for my 10:20 appointment. The staff immediately wanted to make my next appointment.
