Dr. Ellie Love and her staff were very professional. I had a procedure done with my gum recession and it was excellent. I truly appreciated my experience. Thank you Dr. Love.
Inflexible in early stages of diagnosis. Refused to give simple information without coming back to do a whole new treatment plan. Refused to get the CT scan done by my dentist office a few days earlier and charge me $300 out of pocket. Initial exam and consultation were great. Scheduled appointment for removal of small tissue growth inside my mouth. Day of appointment, as I was driving into their parking lot, I received a call saying they had to reschedule because they ran out of the vials used to store removed tissue for biopsy. How does a medical office run out of something so vital. There really is no excuse. Went back to my dentist for another referral.
I was referred to Dr. Love to remove a dental implant that had been placed by another periodontist. I was afraid it would be a whole unpleasant process, but it really wasn't. I think most of that was because of Dr. Ellie Love. Dr. Love is warm, talented, pleasant, and professional. She explains everything fully. The actual implant removal went very easily.
