Blue Cross assigned me a primary care provider here so I tried to make an appointment and they said that person is not even real or doesn't work there or just comes in every once in awhile or some other shady nonsense that didn't make sense. The automated appointment reminder system is unreliable. We received one appointment reminder a couple of months ago, but a recent one generated no call, spam record, or voicemail, even though the office said a voicemail had been left. I understand they consider reminders a courtesy and that patients are ultimately responsible for their appointments.
