Best doctor ever!! Listens to you and great bedside manner
I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and sat inside waiting for her for 10 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time. My husband’s appointment was right after and he waited for half hour and walked out without being seen. Additionally I overheard her asking for and eating grapes instead of seeing my husband. 18 reviews should have been a red flag. Next, they never mentioned they only take cash/cheque for copay.
Sharing my experience from my visit to this doctor today. I was lined up for an health exam after my wife's appointment. Signed up at the door and the front desk lady took me to the patient room right after my wife checked out. They asked me to undress to shorts and wait for the doctor. Note - no other appointments or patients were being seen at the moment. 30-35 mins later, no one bothers to check up on me while I waited to be seen in simmering heat with their AC barely working in the middle of a heatwave. Dr. Black is absolutely exceptional. She is incredibly thorough, takes the time to genuinely listen to every concern, and addresses each one with care and intention. I’m so grateful I became her patient last year. She is a rare, truly old-fashioned physician who sees her patients as people—not numbers. She genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being.
