The review comes from having a negative experience with the unhelpful receptionist who seemed like she didn’t want to do her job. When you call, there’s no greeting just “doctor’s office” in an annoyed tone. I asked for an appointment and she asked me to call my insurance to check if the doctor is part of my plan. I gave her my insurance information to which she said the doctor does accept it but still insisted I call my insurance company first. If I could give this Woman a 10 out of 10 instead of 5 out of 5 I would , I highly recommend Mrs.Black, she's wonderful ! Takes her time very detailed with her patients ,she's Great !! Has a very welcoming spirit
