Got my 88 year old father to the first thing appointment at 8:30 am...no small feat. We were told to wait for the appointment secretary while other patients came in and went in. When the secretary got there late, we were told there was no appointment and no possibility of getting him in to the doctor. I am very careful about scheduling appointments for him and the mistake was on their end, but we were rudely dismissed.
First time Cardiology patient. Dr Gallant was pleasant, expiediant and thorough. She laid out a plan for improved cardiac health and was honest. I had one of the best Dr patient experiences with this doctor that I have ever had. Thank you Dr Gallant!
I was so frustrated with my experience with Dr. Gallant. She refused to listen to me, and was incredibly condescending to me, treating me like I was a child. After being called "young lady" by this dinosaur, I knew that I could not trust that she was current with her medical knowledge. I will never return, and will warn everyone I know away from her.
