I went to my first appointment after being referred by my eye doctor, I was there for over 2 hours and all that happened was 2 quick tests and a 2 minutes conversation with doctor ross. During one of the quick tests the employee doing the test grabbed face and yanked open my eye without any warning or asking if she could pull my eyelid open. A few years ago, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. E. Ross, and she is simply the best professional in her field, with a kind and attentive approach to her patients. I had cataract surgery and have had no problems with my vision since. Thank you so much, Dr. Ella Ross
Always late for appointments. More than one hour late each time.
Horrible practice overall. Had an appointment 6 months ago. Small, crowded and overbooked. I was there for 3.5 hours waiting, for what should have taken 30 mins. Receptionist was cold and detached. The 5 mins I did get with Dr. Ross she was not interested in answering questions, and just wanted me out of there as fast as possible. Only good part was the tech was pleasant enough.
