Dr. Shin’s pediatric dentistry office is incredibly kid-friendly and welcoming! The bright, playful decor and engaging atmosphere made my daughter feel at ease right away. The staff we interacted with were exceptionally kind and patient, which helped make the visit a stress-free experience for my child. Dr. Shin is highly professional and personable. We are new to the practice and couldn’t ask for a better pediatric dentist!
We were referred by a friend to Dr. Shin and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! From the beginning, the front office staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped me with the paperwork process and were very flexible when we were running late. The office is bright, beautiful, and welcoming. My children were curious and excited the moment we walked in. Dr. Shin was very patient and kind with my toddler! The appointment never felt rushed which is rare. We are so happy we found this practice!
Dr Shin, was being very forceful trying to have my child take nitrous which I was not comfortable with. When I told her Novocain was what we wanted to use. She would not fill my child’s cavity. After I had taken her out of school.
