Great with kids
It’s a busy practice and the receptionist isn’t paid to smile at you like the other reviewers seem to think. It’s literally the only pediatric dentist’s office in Dothan, so they stay slammed and yes, we waited almost an hour to be seen. But once we got in the back, everything was amazing. We went today and had the most amazing and relaxing experience. My child has a very complex heart defects and has spent many months in the hospital with multiple surgeries and suffers from PTSD. She is also autistic as well. DR.C and Mrs. Felicia were fabulous with her and I could just keep going on. The ladies at the front desk were excellent to work with too!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
We had a great experience for our very first dentist appointment for my son. The hygienist was very patient and calm interacting with my nonverbal child. I couldn't ask for more! Technically they do not accept my insurance, but they will submit to my insurance anyways to see what is covered (out of network).Most dentists don't do that! I'd be happy to pay out of pocket for my son to be so well cared for.
