I went to have my son seen by Dr. Bockhold on September 18, and two of the receptionists denied him care, stating that he did not have insurance, even though I explained that he did. On September 25, Z is now pending admission to a hospital for suicidal thoughts, and I have since confirmed that he does, in fact, have insurance through Medicaid Blue Cross Community.
