Very impressed. I have NEVER had a procured explained in such detail that was on the mark in all aspects. Even nurse Britney was correct the shot in the rump of antibiotic was actually the most acute pain. I have had much worse dental discomfort.
Always friendly and professional. Takes time to discuss problems and shows concern. Staff is also great.

Dr. Katsikas, his office staff, and the nursing staff at OCA were quite good with us. We appreciated how promptly they moved to get my wife on schedule to address her problem. We also noted how compassionately everyone performed. Dr Katsikas was very good in speaking with me (the husband) after the procedure to inform me of what happened and to answer my questions. His demeanor was both professional and personal; which we appreciate.
