The customer service is horrible, they make an appointment even if you don't want to and then they want to charge you 95dlls. My appointment was for tuesday, so i called monday to cancel it and was told i should have called two days in advance. So i should have called on sunday when they don't work. I tried to explain that i couldnt call on saturday or sunday so i called on monday but even so they lady was very disrespectful and unkind and told me that she was going to charge me 95dlls. There are really no words for me to express how good this woman is! Also Perry in the office is exceptional! Dawn, the office manager is patient and kind. Great staff and beyond competent. My fear of the dentist is a 20 out of 1 to 10! I had a very complicated case that she made feel easy. I will never go to another dentist as long as we're both alive 😁❣️ if you're scared of the dentist this is the office for you. They know they're doing here.
