I agree with everyone else's description of Dr. Monteiro and this medical practice. Rude, uncaring, judgmental, and definitely disrespectful. I haven't been a patient there in years and I recently had to contact them again, while looking up the number I found my way to the reviews and realized I was not the only one who felt like this. Hopefully this review helps others find a better place for their medical needs. The last thing you need when you go to your doctor is a rude, uncaring, judgmental doctor. Sheesh :/

Terrible staff! From the desk to the nurses right down to the doctor and the PA. No business working in the health care field. Visited once since the previous PA left (Sue who was awesome) and never again going back.
If there can be a no star rating that is what I would put. I had an appointment with them and they had me waiting in the waiting room for over an hour before I finally asked what was taking so long. They told me after they had already checked me in that they never registered me and that they completely bypassed my appointment and the the doctor wasn’t there and had gone out to lunch.
