Doesn't ever answer the phone. You can call and call and call and you always get that message they play, and never a person. They never call back when messages are left, either. I don't blame the doctor, but she needs to consider change with the policy of her receptionists who keep the phone off during the hours they say they'll be taking calls. I've been trying to get ahold of someone at the office for MONTHS.
Dr. McCaw is an amazing Doctor. She listens and does something about whatever is the problem. I feel comfortable that when I see her she will take my aliments seriously.
Dr. McCaw never dismisses our concerns. I hear of many doctors telling their patients "oh it's just nerves" or "it's just part of getting older". She will often say these things, but she will also follow up your concerns with tests to confirm it's "just nerves". She listens to and answers all of my questions and I firmly believe she has my best interests at heart. I'm not just a patient number. She knows me, my wife and my daughter. I'm so glad she is part of our medical care.
Dr. Mccaw is the most patient and no bs doctor I've ever had. She tells it like it is, never rushes you out, and genuinely listens and cares for your well-being. Not only physical but mental well-being.
Cannot get to talk to her and she handing off her regular patients to see another person in office. She Cannot take time to return a phone no response in two weeks. For a refill. Her office is not helping very disappointed
