Unfortunately this provider is soooo out of touch with todays medicine that it is time to hang up the stethoscope. Unfortunately here aren't many female providers in town that take my insurance but as soon as I can, I will be looking into Sansum Clinic. She does not follow through with follow up care and is never easy to reach. Referrals take forever and you have to constantly remind her. I have been going to Dr. Kim for nearly 30 years, and she has saved my life about that many times. She is zeroed in on issues no other doctor has. She diagnosed life threatening issues where no one else has, and has gotten me to safety. As busy as she is, she listens thoroughly. I don't know what I'd do without this doctor! 80 stars if I could give them!

Great office..Receptionist Rachel very helpful and competent..understanding due to the tough times we are all in and tries her hardest to accommodate patients in a timely manner

Terrible! Rachel is the most argumentative, incompetent receptionist on the planet. She tells untruths and is level 10 RUDE! Don’t go here as your experience will be a nightmare and the worst communication you’ll ever have.

I started seeing Dr. Kim for my primary care physician and I would have to say it has turned into a wonderful friendship with Her and Her staff. I am very THANKFUL for her hard work and determination to keep me going when I was sick to when I was in a car accident she has been a blessing in disguise. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
