Dr. Elizabeth M. Heirtzler is by far the best dentist I have ever had the honor of being in her gentle presence, and I am in my seventies, so I have been to many dental offices. I am a teacher, and just hearing her directions, guidance, reassuring voice with years of experience (thirty-five years) will make you relax, and enjoy any procedure that you feel is necessary in her beautiful dental office in Zachary, Louisiana, and her staff only adds to her five star rating. This was my first visit to Dr. Heirtzlers office . From walking in to the dental hygienist, to Dr Heirtzler coming in to introduce herself, check x-rays and give recommendations..... it was a professional, relaxing and educational experience. I was a bit anxious due to other visits to other places just seeing customers as a number. This staff really seems to take an interest in the health of the clients teeth and the desires of the clients long term interests. I would recommend this office to anyone.
