Dr Lowe performer emergency surgery on me in August 2023. She is very responsive in listening and answering all my questions, Her staff is courteous and professional
I became Dr. Lowe’s patient 4 years ago. I had gone in through Union’s ED. Dr. Lowe took me as her patient despite the fact that I had had surgery by another doctor. I had a terrible abscess to the bone. I don’t know that it was deadly but she took me on and my family nor I can ever thank her enough. Office staff is terrible. Waiting 20 mins to schedule procedure because woman wasn't even at her desk yet in morning. Procedure was great, love the Dr. Follow up visit waited 50 mins before they told me Dr isn't THERE even after I urged I needed to get to work! Left without seeing her and will not be back!
Wrote a letter to the Dr with my complaint. No one could give me my out of pocket cost for a surgery. I was forced to cancel the sue and wrote Dr Lowe a letter asking for my pre surgery co pay of 107.00 back. No response. Amazing how quickly your money is taken. Not even a letter back or phone call.
First-class care and top notch surgeon. Excellent bedside manner ,taking the time to answer any and all questions and concerns . If you get her rest easy you are in good hands .
Had hernia repair surgery on March 28, 2017 at Union Hospital. Very Good experience with nurses, facility and Dr. Lowe. Would Highly recommend her.
