Being new to the area and still establishing care, I met with Dr. Liz Horcho's, hopeful for management of my chronic pain. Despite providing detailed records and offering past imaging for review, she disregarded my concerns and insisted on a treatment plan that had previously proven ineffective. She also contradicted a recent orthopedic provider's assessment of my condition, which aligned with my previous pain management and ortho team's assessment. I was in a week ago experiencing pain in my upper right arm. Dr. Karazim-Horchos quickly established my issue as a strained supraspinatus muscle. She explained my condition thoroughly and took her time with me. She showed me some exercises that I can do to rehabilitate and gave me an injection. I've been exercising the arm daily and have better movement with less pain. I have follow up appointments scheduled. If you are having issues, I strongly recommend that you see Dr. Liz. She is great
Saw her for back/hip pain after referral by my ortho doctor. She was very pleasant, patient, thorough. Answered all my questions. Easy to talk to.
I was referred to her by my primary for neck and back pain to which I have been getting PPI injections 4 per year in both areas from another Neurologist for the past 3 yrs as well as physical therapy 2 times a week since 2018 , after seeing me 3 times and taking a urine test so that I can be prescribed pain meds they make another appointment ( yes for the $$ ) and denied me pain meds. , what a joke ! Dr Horchos is very pleasant and easy to talk with and very dedicated to helping her patients with their problems . She goes above and beyond in treatment. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.
Dr. Liz is the best doctor that I ever had. She's really committed to finding out what is wrong with her patients. I wish I could clone her for all my doctors.
