Dr. Jeney was immediately unwelcoming and rude; I was unable to even finish telling her my symptoms due to her constant interruption. constantly just walking off at random points of this appointment. telling me that I needed to get new referrals and to make new appointments if I wanted to be fully checked out even after waiting months for this appointment, as she will only “check one thing an appointment” telling me sinuses can’t cause headaches at all, which it doesn’t take a degree to know that sinuses most definitely do. ... read more
Dr Jeney was extremely helpful in getting me to the perfect surgeon. I called her office begging for help after a long 9 years almost 10, being completely dismissed by "Dr Joe korkis" an "ENT" aparently that i first saw in december 2018, Dr Jeney took me in within weeks , She referd me to Dr Sommer at the general hospital and made sure that i was in to see him and get an apointment for a surgery i needed within weeks. total i waited about a month from the first call to my surgery date, im now breathing again normally and sle... read more
Excellent doctor and doctors secretary, treated my husband so professionally, for more two week we have been going around from one emergency hospital to another no one was seriously taking his nose bleeding. No hospital in Toronto had ENT specialist in emergency, after waiting for 7 hrs every time they all had same answer we can’t do anything.
My partner waited over 4 months to see this EMT after a referral from our family doctor, only to be told (after multiple follow-ups on our end) that they never received our doctor's referral. If they had spent a few minutes the first time we called to check and confirm that the referral had been received, we wouldn't have wasted months waiting for nothing. This affects people's health. Please develop a better system and get yourselves organized.
She is great I recommend her and her staff are great and friendly I am going thru a great experience. Her appointments are fast and surgeries are fast also no long waits for surgery. Thanx Dr Elizabeth Jeney
