Dr. Hartman was horrible. She was rude and condescending. She didn't listen to anything I had to say and dismissed me entirely. Do NOT go to her if you need a neurologist.
Dr. Hartman has not listened to any of my concerns, was not up to date on any of my medical care nor a previous neurological surgeries that I just had. And she is/was my neurologist. Hadn't read my file prior to coming into the exam room and was bewildered, when I told her that I had just recently had a Stent placed. She then read my chart making me have to wait for an appointment to start after waiting for about 15-20 minutes for her to come into the room. She is extremely dismissive and has shown no compassion! Dr. Hartman gets to know her patients both personally and professionally. She stays up to date with treatment options and explains these in ways you can understand. I would recommend her highly if you are experiencing multiple sclerosis concerns.
